Legions Homes, Inc. a subsidiary of MedCann Industries LLC. (“we” The Mother Company) is a diversified holding company focusing on real-estate Legions Homes, Inc. targeting on Veterans and Section 8 housing with a Solar farm by utilizing each unit in the Development. Our primary focus and target will be single and multi-family dwelling homes. Legions plans to purchase as many prefab mini homes as the corporation property allows us too, through a creative investment package, structure and creative business model to be held as assets in a publicly held holding company.

Veterans Track Homes
Our team is dedicated to helping veterans find the perfect home that meets all their needs. Let us make their dream a reality. There are very few home in the VA home project to help veterans so we are going to supply their needs.
Section 8 Property
The Section 8 prefab home shall be a development such as a mobile home park with Pool -Club House – Hall and more.
These low cost Homes will be Designed to increase value!!!
Real Estate Investment
Legions plans to purchase as many prefabs mini homes as the corporation properties allows us too, through a creative investment package, structure and creative business model to be held as assets in a private or publicly held holding company.
Legions will offer several divisions, creating Developments, Veterans Homes Park, Section 8 Rental, Management, Investment and Mortgage and Solar Development divisions based on a long-term plan to hold the properties as Assets in the company.
Government Payments
All our company projects are Government Rental Funding Projects. Meaning each of our home and our parks are rented under Government funded programs receiving Government checks for RENT every month.
Solar Farm
Our team shall be running a Solar Farm with solar panels on top of all our homes generating a Power plant a self contained Electrical Plant on each property. Each property will sell its power to each unit at a discounted price unique situation.
